Before I started to lose weight I had never used any supplements and was therefore unsure of what was available in the market and what I should be looking for in a supplement. I spend time researching products before I buy them as I want to be careful with what I am putting into my body, I also want to make sure the product will actually work.

In this blog I will review the products I use, I will review them on a number of criteria and will share the results I get from using them. I will also share links to the information I uncover during my research, the positive and the alarming. The market place is saturated with positive reviews for everything you want to buy online, the problem is you can't tell if they are genuine. I want to make sure that I don't waste my money and time on something that won't work or could have negative results. I would like to help you do the same.

Just to be clear; I don't work for or have an affiliation with any company that promotes or sells any fitness products of any kind. I am just a normal guy, who up until recently had let my weight get out of control but decided to get fit without taking any short cuts.
